The work begins with an agreed document set and scope. Quantities retain drawing references, assumptions remain visible, and a human estimator reviews the deliverable before it is returned.
What stays with the bidder?
The bidder approves rates, supplier inputs, commercial positions and the final submission. Engineering sign-off is performed only by the registered engineer responsible for the job.
